How far in advance can I reserve one of your buses?

Typically, we like our customers to reserve their bus about a month in advance. However, we know this is not always possible and we can work with you to ensure you have a bus available for your party or event. We ask that you do call us the moment you realize you need to reserve a bus, but in worst case scenarios, we can almost always offer a bus the same day.

If I book a bus, can I change the date that I need it for?

Yes. You can adjust the date and time you need the bus for, but we do ask that you provide us with notice. We typically recommend 72-hour notice, but do not hesitate to call us if you need to make an adjustment at any time.

Do your party buses offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. Our party buses do offer Wi-Fi and you, as well as your guests, are able to use it throughout the entire rental/event.

What if we need to bring luggage with us on the bus?

We are happy to offer transportation to and from the airport in our buses and these buses come equipped with areas to place your luggage and bags.

Can we bring food and drinks with us?

Yes. You can bring food and drinks with you on the bus, but please note that we do not provide any of these items and you are expected to clean up the bus before the end of the night. You are responsible for cleaning up any messes made, and you must remove all trash associated with the food or drinks that you bring onto the bus.

We do recommend that you bring food and drinks that will not spill while on the bus as well. For example, you may want to have lids on cups and you may want to avoid food items such as soups or liquids that could easily topple over.

What if I need to extend the time I need the bus for?

Our buses will not leave you at your location once you have reached the reserved time for the bus. If you need to extend the time that you have the bus for, we ask that you please call our office or discuss options with the bus driver.
